How quickly will you deliver my order?
Orders will be despatched within a maximum of seven working days outside the normal holiday periods. Orders will be delivered by courier, that is why we need your delivery address, name and contact telephone number to enable the courier company to handle the delivery.
Can I pay over the internet?
In view of the wide range and physical size of our range of publications, it is not possible to compute the postage costs. When you use our shopping cart system, your order is emailed to us which will enable us to confirm the availability of the items selected and to calculate the postage cost. We will then email the total cost of your order to you for your agreement and giving the details required by us to accept credit card or cheque payments.
In order to pay, you can either email (in one or more emails) your credit card details, fax them to us or print out the email, attach your cheque and mail it to us. See also How do I pay by credit card?
How do you deal with the exchange rate if I am ordering from outside the UK?
We require payments to be made in pounds sterling. If you are paying by credit card, your card company will handle the exchange rates applicable; (it is our experience that they can use rates close to the relevant spot rate due to the volumes each card company handles each day, however we have no control over this and you will need to confirm the rate applicable direct with the card company direct.) Alternatively, your bank should be able to assist you in providing a cheque in sterling.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns provided that the publication is returned to us in good condition, postage paid. On receipt of the goods in such a condition, refund will be made by cheque.
How do I order an out of print item?
We review the out of print list on a regular basis to see if there is a demand to warrant the reprinting of a publication.

How do I pay by credit card?
When the relevant delivery charge has been agreed, you will need to provide the following information in order to pay by credit card:
Credit card company:
(Switch cards: Start date and Issue number)
Security code (on back of card):
Address to where credit card bills are sent, if different to the delivery address.
Contact telephone number, if not already given.
