By using www.harrymargary.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions refer to the conditions on which we supply our Products to you. Please read them carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
Harry Margary reserves the right to update its terms and conditions from time to time.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are stated in pounds sterling. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate, where applicable and a VAT invoice will be supplied with the delivery of the goods. Please note you are responsible for complying with any local tax laws or regulations. Harry Margary reserves the right to change Product prices and information without prior notice.
All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is temporarily out of stock please email us at sales@harrymargary.com and we will notify you as soon as it’s back in print. Alternatively, please keep checking the website.
Product information
Harry Margary has made every effort to ensure images, dimensions and descriptions are as accurate as possible. In some instances there may be a variation in appearance and colours due to the production process, the lighting in which they were photographed or your computer’s monitor settings.
Payment
In view of the differing sizes of our products and the most convenient way in which they can be shipped, it is not possible to have a standard postage charge. On receipt of your order, we will calculate the postage charge and advise you of the total cost of your order. Payment can be made by sterling cheque or by debit or credit card
Delivery
We can arrange delivery world-wide.
We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 5 to 7 working days. All parcels will be sent second class ‘signed for’ by Royal Mail. If the parcel is too large for Royal Mail or it is cheaper to do so, it will be sent by UK Mail for next day delivery. In any event, a signature will be required. The postage charge, which is charged at cost, will be advised on receipt of your order. If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days, please contact us at sales@harrymargary.com.
Risk and Ownership
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Legal ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive payment in full of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges. Legal ownership of the Products will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your product, but if you are not entirely happy, please notify us at sales@harrymargary.com. You must return your unwanted Products for a refund within 10 working days from the day you received the Products. The Products, including their original packaging, must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition. For all returns and refunds, please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We expect to process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you, by e-mail, that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of the Products in full. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Damaged Products
Every Product is examined before it’s posted but if, in the unlikely instance, you do receive faulty Products please contact us on sales@harrymargary.com within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery letting us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We recommend you inspect your Products as soon as they arrive. It is important when returning Products that you obtain a proof of postage as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Privacy Policy
Personal information supplied to us is confidential and will never be made available to a third party. Harry Margary takes the matter of your privacy seriously. All personal information obtained through this website is kept secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any credit/debit card information supplied to us that is retained is not stored on any electronic media.
On occasion we would like to inform you of new products arriving or special promotions that we have on our website.
